Order Cancellation Policy

Custom Patches CA believes in being highly approachable and flexible for its clients. This is why order cancellation policies are being established, to keep clients reassured that they have complete control of the order.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. Order cancellation requests would be subject to the following % deduction:

• Order cancellation requests placed after 24 hours would be subject to a 10% deduction
• Order cancellation requests placed after 48 hours would be subject to a 30% deduction
• Order cancellation requests placed after 72 hours would be subject to a 60% deduction
• Order cancellation requests placed after 72 hours would only get a refund of shipping charges
• Order cancellation requests placed after the parcel is dispatched won’t be catered to, and no refund shall be made

Order cancellation policies have been crafted to control sudden backouts from clients. We respect the hard work of our craftsmen and designer team. To protect their rights and hard work, Custom Patches CA took this action.

Moreover, the customization of the order requires extra effort and extra raw material. The customized order cannot be reused for another client. Hence, order cancellation for customized orders cannot be canceled, depending upon the situation.
